TESSUTO CASA works with a handful of family mills in the north of Italy, spinning pure cashmere and wool into throws and blankets meant to outlast their trends. The full house story, care guide and client services arrive with the next phase of the site.
Client Care
Every order ships from our fulfilment centre in Hong Kong, wherever in the world you are.
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Within Hong Kong, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days; international orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Shipping is free on orders over €1,000; below that threshold a flat rate of €25 applies, shown at checkout before you pay. Any import duties or taxes charged on arrival are the recipient's responsibility.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre.
We want you to love your throw. If it isn't right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, or exchange it for another colour or piece.
Items must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original packaging with tags attached. Write to hello@tessutocasa.com with your order number to start a return; we will confirm the return address, as items are shipped from and returned to our Hong Kong fulfilment centre.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty.
Cashmere and wool reward gentle handling. Treated well, a TESSUTO CASA throw softens and improves for years.

We describe and price our throws and blankets as accurately as possible, but colour may vary slightly by screen and each piece is subject to the natural character of its material. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to limit order quantities.
An order is an offer to purchase and is only accepted once we confirm it. We accept the payment methods presented at checkout and take reasonable care to keep payment processing secure.
